Tyler Ford

Tyler serves as the Director of Business Development at SMP, where he excels in forging strategic partnerships to expand our network and drive growth. As the Founding Director and CEO of BioEquity Holdings Inc., Tyler is dedicated to enhancing access to mental health services across Canada. Under his leadership, BioEquity Holdings is committed to achieving its vision of making mental health support universally accessible.

Tyler began his career by founding a business development, marketing, and consulting agency, where he demonstrated his ability to manage, market, and operate multi-seven-figure enterprises in collaboration with healthcare professionals. His early work with psychotherapists, personal trainers, and other healthcare entrepreneurs laid a strong foundation for his expertise in dealmaking, sales, and negotiation.

Tyler’s educational background includes studies in ethics and law at Georgian College, complemented by OMVIC certification. He further refined his business and investment skills through coursework at the University of Pennsylvania, Athabasca University, and the Canadian Securities Institute. Tyler is an accredited associate member of the Canadian College of Health Leaders, the Canadian Public Health Association, and the Ontario Public Health Association. Additionally, he is a valued and charitable member of the Rotary Club of Toronto.
